60/50/40/30/20/10 with 20 sec rest 

flutter kick squats 
high knees 
burpees 
jumping jacks

plank with leg lifts
push ups
side plank with leg lift
tri-cep dip


10, 9, 8….1 
burpee 
side lunge with a reach - wide stance 
push up 
jumping lunge
