10 burpees
20 froggers (start in push up position and jump legs forward between hands at rapid pace)
20 joey jumps (start in push up position and jump side to side)
10 box jumps
200m run
Rest
walk up wall - then 90 degree and arms out 5
Burpee push up on med ball 12
Suicide Push Ups on Bosu ball Circle around Bosu 12
single leg squat forward lunge 6 each leg
TRX Mountain Climbers 30

ABS
        Plank
