Full Body Circuit Weight Room

The plan is to complete 3 sets of 12 - 15 Reps.  If you are completing 15 reps you need to bump up your weights.

1 TRX Push ups
2 peck deck
3 reverse flies
4 bosu squats db all the way down
5 1/2 burpee push ups
6 One legged cable reverse curl
7 Bulgarian split squats - db
